At S.N. Mour Marbles, we are committed to delivering your premium stone safely and efficiently. Because natural stone is heavy, fragile, and valuable, our shipping process differs significantly from standard parcel delivery.
2. Sample Box Orders
Method: Sample boxes are shipped via standard courier services (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, FedEx).
Timeline: Samples typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your sample box has been dispatched.
3. Slab & Tile Orders (Freight)
Important: Heavy Freight Delivery
Large stone orders are transported via specialized heavy-duty trucks to ensure safety. This is not a standard courier service.
Delivery Timeline
Due to the complexities of logistics, mining schedules, and processing times, delivery for stone slabs and tiles typically takes 4 to 8 weeks.
Please note that weather conditions, mining permits, and interstate transport regulations can occasionally cause unforeseen delays. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your stone arrives in perfect condition.
Tracking Your Order
Unlike standard parcels, freight trucks do not provide real-time GPS tracking links.
To get an update on your shipment: Please contact our logistics team directly. We are in constant communication with the drivers and can provide you with the current status and estimated arrival time.

4. Delivery & Offloading
- Curbside Delivery: Trucks will pull up to the nearest accessible point to your property. They cannot enter narrow driveways.
- Offloading Responsibility: For large slab orders, the customer is responsible for arranging the necessary equipment (forklift, crane, or labor) to offload the material from the truck. Our drivers strictly provide transport only.
- Inspection: You must inspect the material upon arrival. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt signed by the driver.
